Who we are

KEIBISOFT S.R.L. is a cybersecurity services company registered in Romania (CIF: RO48339304, Reg. Com.: J22/1888/2023). Contact: marius@keibisoft.com.

Our position on data collection

We do not want to collect information about people. We collect the absolute minimum required for our services and infrastructure to function. Nothing else.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, or JavaScript (except on art.keibisoft.com which uses minimal JavaScript for rendering). No personal data is collected through this website.

Server logs

Our web servers produce standard access logs (nginx) that may contain IP addresses and timestamps. These logs exist for anti-abuse prevention and infrastructure operation. They are periodically rotated and deleted. We do not use these logs to identify or track visitors.

Consulting services

When providing cybersecurity consulting services, we process client data as agreed in individual service contracts. Such processing is governed by the contract terms, not this privacy policy.

KEIBIDROP

KEIBIDROP is our open-source file sharing software. It has its own privacy policy covering the application, relay servers, and on-device storage.

Your rights (GDPR)

Server logs containing IP addresses are covered by our legitimate interest in operating the infrastructure and preventing abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you have questions or requests, contact marius@keibisoft.com.
